INGREDIENTS :

17 oz plain biscuits
2 cup milk
16 OZ butter
7 -1 – tablespoons sugar
4 to 7 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup candy jelly
rum
vanilla

 

Swiss Roll with Biscuits

Butter at room temperature with sugar and cocoa mix. Break the biscuits into pieces and soak in milk for 3-5 minutes. Leave to drain for 2-4 minutes and mix with cream.You can add candy jelly for flavor cut into small cubes. Mix all ingredients well. Spread mixture on a sheet of aluminum and roll it over. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. It is served with whip cream and/or fruit (optional)
